Be Bold or Italic, but never simple.

We have to make so many choices every day in our home, in work, in school, in relationships, in self-care that are influenced by people we follow on social media, what others tell us... just in general by people around us. Even though there is nothing wrong with that I think it is really important to find what truly works for you. Specially as a business owner you might want to show your true colors so that whatever you do can a) be consistent in the long run and b) you will attract the right clients.

Look down below at the items I have chosen for this project, my client is a business owner that said to me in our first meeting "I want to be different and bold" that was music to my ears. Working in a beauty room that is not all white and neutral was really fresh and fun, I mean really fun, and I am so excited to see it all come to life.

With a very good size room I was able to create a "social" area with seating, shelving and a small coffee bar (this would also work great in a house) and designated the other half of the room for the actual workspace. Even though there is a lot of black that adds character, the neutral tones, whites and greenery will make the room balance out nicely, resulting in a magazine worthy beauty room.
